Start with how everyone sees themselves, shown in the diagonal from upper left down to lower right. Then look in the 2nd column to see how everyone views the PhD student, and the 4th column to see how everyone views the professor.
I agree… this is HILARIOUS! My two favorites are how the techs see themselves and, of course, how the postdoc sees the PhD student. Does that last one remind you of anyone?? š
