First post in this series: 25 years!
After the wedding at 8 a.m., we held a breakfast reception at the Traveler’s Hotel in Kirksville, MO.
The wedding cake was a stack of pancakes and we toasted each other’s health with goblets of milk.

Thanks to everyone who was able to share this memory with us! If you were there, I hope you will enjoy watching this video. We have much fun remembering your friendship and special care for us on that day. Our appreciation is undiminished through all these 25 years. Thanks to Sharon Burch, who worked with Candace and hosted Candace in her home during the weeks they made the wedding dress and the bridesmaids’ dresses (cf. scrapbook). Thanks to the entire wedding party for putting up with our idiosyncratic desires, and for getting up so early in the morning to make preparations! And especially, thanks to our parents who made all the arrangements for the rehearsal, the outdoor ceremony, the reception, and everything else!
